At N3One, we tackle business and technical challenges through a four-phase process: assessing current systems, designing a roadmap for a modern IT platform, building infrastructure and solutions, and empowering teams through training and workshops.
Assess
The objective of this phase is to understand the current state, Point A. We create the baseline architectures for the current state of applications, systems, and infrastructures. We document the pain points and business objectives.
Plan
In this phase, we describe the desired future state, Point B. We create the target architectures, define the key milestones and delivery dates. We define the technology stacks and plan to upgrade in-house skills.
Build
As needed, deploy core infrastructures, build software solutions, set up DevOps, infrastructure as code, migration to cloud, containerize, security configuration, logging, monitoring, etc.
Optimize
